Info Recollections and Use
ASENATH RECORDS is the only owner of the information recollected on this site. We don’t share, rent or sell that information to any Institution or Company except the ones mentioned on this Policy. The user will have to register at this site in order to start shopping on our Web Store, the information will be used to process Orders and inform the user on the status. The solicited information includes name, shipping address, telephone number and e-mail. We also request for a User Name and Password to gain access on the user’s account information. It is the user’s responsibility to keep User Name and Password as secret, and we require the user not to share that information. If the user chooses to receive our Newsletters, Asenath Records will utilize the user’s account information.
Register
The user should first complete the Registration Form in order to start buying from our web site. On the Registration Form, we will ask for contact information that includes name, e-mail, telephone number and address. This information will only be used as contact to send the user an Order Status.
Order
The information recollected in this registration is used to form an Order Database. If there is any problem to fulfil your order we will contact you using this information. In order to authorize the credit card payments the user should share personal information to PAYPAL or share the a deposit receipt from the chosen bank.
Cookies
In our website we have the option to personalize pages depending on the user’s web navigator of choice and some more information provided by our Cookies. If you choose to block our cookies, you will be able to surf through the website, but you won’t be able to use our shopping cart to buy merchandise. ASENATH RECORDS’ shopping cart is not able to function with the Cookies enabled, and your account information cannot be written on our database. ASENATH RECORDS cannot take an Order with cookies enabled.
Registry Archives (Logs)
We use your IP address (Internet address) to register our costumer’s surf in our web site, administration, and demographic information for statistics. We don’t share such information with the exception and an investigation from an authority.
Shared Information
We use a third party to process some functions for us. These functions include Order preparation, packing, shipping, merchandizing attendance, costumer service, data analysis y and credit processing. This third party has limited access on the user information and they can use it for other purposes

Credit Card payments are done through PayPal, the world’s most safe payment site. The use of bank deposit is also safe.
Our entire user’s information is restricted. Only employees that need the information to perform their job are able to access it.
All our web servers and database are in safe places. The access to them is monitored and supervised from external sources. The Internet access is restricted and protected by Firewalls and password protection.

The special offers and newsletters are sent to users that authorize ASENATH RECORDS to send such information.
All our special offers and newsletters are sent by e-mail and include a link to our website.

Our costumers can check their information stored at ASENATH RECORDS database using the "My Account" section. The user should have an authorized name and password to access that option. In case of forgotten passwords the user should contact our customer information staff.

If ASENATH RECORDS changes its Privacy and Security Policies, we will publish such changes in this declaration, in our web site and other sites we find aprropiate with the porpouse of letting user know on how we handle information, how we gather it, how we will use it, and under which circumstances we should reveal that information.
